  • The bed I love but the customer service is terrible. I've ordered headboard brackets over 2 months ago and I have not received them. The first time they sent the wrong ones. Now I'm still waiting and after a 35 minutes on hold and all they could tell me is its slated to ship. I would not suggest buying anything from them unless you want to waste 30-45 minutes of your life and still have a headache. Someone from their customer service contacted me I've given them my info and no reply in 5 day's! So a few years into our bed and this entire experience is terrible. I wish I could return the bed. The worst money I have ever sent.
