  • Absolutely horrible company to rent through. I am currently renting a home through the company and it has been nothing but headaches dealing with them. When calling, I am on hold for at least 40 minutes only to be transferred to a different department. The customer service is horrible and it is difficult to get anyone out for a maintenance request. They add any HOA violations to your rent so there is no choice but to pay it. I was charged a $100 fee from progress residential left over from a violation when the home was vacant and then from a previous resident who received an HOA violation warning, and was told by the manager that I had to pay it. I would never recommend renting a home through this company! If I could give them negative stars, I would. So unprofessional. I am Counting down the days until our lease is up.
