  • Okay, let me step in here. There are a number of great reviews for this place, unfortunately, just about all of them have been written by people with under ten friends and under ten reviews. You know what that means--yup, filtered, either now or soon to be. So let me now write a good review of this place that, in the long run, you won't need to fill out a captcha to see. There are a number of metaphysical stores around, but this is the only one I'm sure you'll find that has a Norse or Asatru emphasis--this is what makes it unique. Also, since this store is adjacent to Fantasia A Magickal Place, it's like two stores in one. The Northern Winds has a good selection of books, runes, jewelry, and helpful service. I went with my family just recently to a Lughnasadh event here where we made corn dollies and celebrated the beginning of harvest time. We don't particularly adhere to any religion or path at this time, but we liked the welcoming atmosphere that the folks here made for all of us. By all means, come here, browse, take a breather from your day, maybe buy something interesting, and enjoy a metaphysical place with a little more of a northerly exposure.
