  • Tried to return a package that carters sent to my house by mistake, containing at least 15 other orders for different customers. After returnung the package to the store, I received a follow up phone call from the store manager basically insinuating I had stolen some of the items in the orders. I encouraged her to use her common sense. If I wanted to keep items that didnt belong to me, why would I bother returning the package at all? She seemed very arrogant for someone who worked in a retail position. I will NEVER shop at this store again. Concord mills and Carolina pavilion it is
