| - If I could give this location a 0 I would. I've NEVER had a positive experience here.
This is a lengthy review so if you don't read it all read this: I was told AND IN PAPERWORK that I had missing clips installed to my splash guard. Since then, the splash guard became completely misaligned to where my front tires would hit it as I drove causing a hole. Now half of it is torn and hanging from the undercarriage. I jacked my car up, come to find out...THEY ZIP TIED HALF MY SPLASH GAURD AND THEY ZIP TIED IT OFF CENTER. If you're going to do a crappy job, at least commit to it.
Here's when the trouble started.
I purchased my first car here, the buying experience was what I expected from money hungry commission based sales men.
Anyways, my vehicle had a paint recall that was set to take 2 weeks and I was provided with a rental option. Agreeing to taking my car in was the biggest mistake I've made. I've been dealing with issues months later.
The paint job took 3 weeks, got my car back and found they damaged my tint ripped half of it from my window, broke my side mirror, my driver side door mechanics did not work and they replaced my front windshield without telling me. So needless to say I had to take it back. Took it back, was provided another rental and my car was completed in less than 4 hours. The Honda representative told me I could bring the rental to them so I did. WRONG. I got charged for 3 days of use when I shouldn't have been charged at all. Battled with honda for months (the guy that initially helped me got fired during this so I had to retell the story and start from scratch.)
Finally went in person to sort this out and on my way I heard rattling from my undercarriage. Explained to the new rep that I believe it just needs clips installed. He said if so he would take care of it and would offer me a free oil change in leu of the hassle I've gone through. Great, I was finally satisfied!!
Come to find out, it was zip tied poorly despite what Honda's paperwork states.
So am I supposed to pay for a service from a "prestigious place" and then double check the work myself??
Do yourself a favor and stay away from this location. They soil the name Honda has built for themselves and this place is evidentially rotten from within. I got 4 calls and 2 emails stating if I get the survey to give them 100% and if for some reason they shouldn't get a 100%, don't take it and call them with what they could do to make it better.
They're falsifying numbers by bribing people into giving them all 10's.
They make me not want to ever buy a Honda again.
I called recently to speak to the service manager and I immediately asked if this was the quality of work I should expect here, he said no and then shortly after retracted that statement by saying "the guy sounds like was trying to do you a favor." Do yourself a favor and get out of customer service because you have none.
I do NOT trust this location therefor am going to do the job myself. How do I know they won't do something to my car? I've read other's reviews and I don't want a near death experience. I'll pay $20 for a part online vs $60 dollars in store (which I'm sure they'd make me pay) and do it myself.
