  • I've been working with Legacy Air over the past year on our homes with Family Property Management. I've used a half dozen different HVAC companies, and Legacy Air is one of only 2 company's we use. Here's why: Reason #1 they have fair pricing. They don't try to bait n switch you with low quotes and high change orders. They educate you on your options, and what they recommend. Reason #2 is they are honest, they tell you when you can save money on a costly repair and do something less expensive, they also tell you if they can't make it out on an urgent call (instead of trying to squeeze it in on an already over-loaded work day, and risk not getting out in time). And they don't just try to sell you a costly new unit whenever anything goes wrong. Reason #3 is they do quality work. On work orders from dozens of properties, never had a re-occurring issue. There have been 1-2 where something was still not working, and they went out again at no additional charge. And a bonus reason is they are excellent at answering their phone, always kind and positive! =)
