  • The US postal service has the worst customer service of any kind. The automated system is designed to not help you. You can never , ever get anyone on the phone to speak to. You end up on an endless loop. When you go to any post office these government employees act and look miserable. They can careless about being friendly or provide any care what so ever. This goes for any postal office you go to. They all suck !
