  • I normally would give 5 stars. I had an appointment at 10AM for a pedicure. It is now 10:24AM. All they did was seat me and left me here for 24 minutes. I understand it is busy right now, but what are appointments for? I was not late. I was here 5 minutes prior to my appointment. This is very disappointing.
