  • It has taken me a few weeks to write this review. I have had my hair cut at beauty brands a couple times and they did a great job. I went in for a highlight and low light and explained I wanted to go nice and light for summer and like lowlights so it blends nicely and also wanted my roots to be done to blend. The stylist was a half hour late getting to me and then seemed to rush through the whole process. I paid for a full highlight and it was far from any full highlight I have had done before. When I say awful I am not exaggerating. One week later I had to go elsewhere to get an actual highlight that I wanted. I also paid an additional $14 to have my bangs trimmed and for what she called to do some trimming around my face. There was no trimming. It took all I could do to not cry leaving there. Friends and family that saw me that weekend for a gathering were speechless that I had even had my hair colored and my bangs looked grown out and in need of a trim. Awful! Absolutely awful! I agree with a different review that it's all who you get but I would say I will not go back and anyone who saw my hair right after that will never go there either. Very disappointed in results and behavior of the stylist. She complained about co workers around her.
