  • The rainbow shop is SO much better, in my opinion. I went to this one because I was having a lash emergency and they were the only ones that had an easy appointment available. First, I was supposed to go for the "plan b" and they totally had me pay for a full set of lashes instead of the plan b price. Mind you, rainbow had written a note on my chart stating the situation and what I was coming in for. I paid for a full set and decided to call rainbow to try to straighten things out, they took excellent care of me and refunded the difference I paid. Unfortunately a few of my lashes fell off leaving a gap, and it's only day 2. I've been going to cherry for months and never had this problem. Not to mention, the person that did my lashes didn't really seem to want to do them. I just had a bad vibe the entire time I was there. I'm just going to stick to the one on rainbow and my regular artist, because we pay a good amount of money for these lashes and should definitely be happy with what we end up with.
