  • We went to Terrace Restaurant on a Sunday morning around 9. The wait was shorter than expected and we were seated. We were seated in the new part of the restaurant, it felt like we were being punished by sitting in the other room. We were surrounded by children, loud screaming children. We ordered and the food didn't take too long! We ordered 3 Chicken Biscuits and one order of Chicken and Waffles. The chicken was fresh and tender, and the portions were large, perfect size. The biscuit was the spiciest thing I have ever eaten. I understand it comes with ghost pepper pimento cheese but we asked the waitress if it was crazy hot and she said no. The food was good and the server was nice. It should be noted that N.C. doesn't serve booze until noon... WHY EVEN OPEN?!
