  • If I could give zero stars I would! I locked myself out of my car while it was running and had to call this company and I was quoted $65 for a total fee which included the locksmith coming out to unlock it and some fee for the call. I asked after I was told the total I would be charged just to confirm it would be $65 and he said yes. Then when they got to me 30 minutes later he said the fee would be $159 total for everything. I then told the guy what I was quoted and he just said, well that's going to be a problem and said there's nothing he can do, the fee was $159. So I paid it and he got me into my car quickly. But when I called the company about it they said they would listen to the recording of my call with the quote and call me back within 15 minutes. Two hours later and no call. So I called back and apparently the manager didn't have time to address this situation until the next day so they said she would call me between 12 and 2! Well it is 630 pm the next day and no call so I made a call to them and she's not in he office today! I will be stopping in until I see her! I would recommend going with a different locksmith FOR SURE!!!
