  • This three star rating is an average of me evaluating my onsite experience and my dealing with the office. First, my onsite technician is great. I can't recall his name, but he has been in my house many times and is always professional and courteous. He explains everything that is being done and why. It also helps that he is a nice guy and makes the visit just cool to deal with. He explains what the treatment will do and what to look for in case a return visit is needed. Well we have needed some return visits. No at the fault of the pesticide, we have a new construction home, right next to woods, and also more homes being built in the area, so bugs are expected. The issue is with scheduling these visits. On at least 3 occasions I have scheduled these returns visits and confirmed via email with whoever is responsible in the office only for my visit to disappear from their schedule. So I sit at home, and wait for them to show and nobody shows. It is unfortunately that the easy portion of the work as far as I am concerned, maintaining a schedule, is the reason I will likely have to cancel this service and find a new provider.
