Don't waste your time reading this review if you're looking for a review on their food or service. I never got that far.
My friend and I walked into this place at 4:00 on a Wed. and it was practically empty (good sign, right?). "Wait to be seated" Really? ok. We were seated and from there the experience was - how should I put it - unimpressive is the only word that comes to mind.
I asked what the happy hour specials were and the waitress pointed to the specials card on the table with a "didn't you see this, stupid" look on her face. It wasn't that she was rude - she wasn't - just kind of a "I hate my job" energy coming from her. I totally get that - I would hate working there too.
When we found out that they did not have the kind of beer they advertise on their drink list, menu, and web site, my friend and I decided to leave.
So - I gave it 2 stars because it's really not fair for me to give it 1 and I cannot imagine if I would ever visit and eat here that I'd give it 3.
Conclusion: Unimpressive to the point that you walk in, sit down, look around, and then go to the Yard House where they have real beers, good food, and good service.
P.S.: Their web site gives directions as just stating their address which is Desert Ridge's address - no map of their location within the complex or even instructions as to their actual location. Come on - are you purposely trying to irritate people before they even walk into your unimpressive establishment?
