  • I went here for a Sunday get together with friends and decided to write a review about the hotel's restaurant, "Taste- An American Bistro". First, the service is outstanding. I was greeted by a wonderful lady ( I do not remember her name) who made me feel as if I was walking into her house and being shown where all the goodness was hiding...which was around the corner. She asked me what I wanted to drink and where I wanted to sit, in which she made sure my beverages were at the table waiting for me. The breakfast selection was varied and had something for everyone. I had the standard breakfast fare, some potatoes, scrambled eggs, sausage links, a couple slices of bacon, a piece of blood orange and a small slice of blueberry cake. Ok, I was hungry. If you prefer, they will cook your eggs to order. In addition, there is a breakfast menu you can order from if the buffet style menu is not to your liking. Also, the servers will bring your food to you instead of you getting up...which is a nice nod to great customer service. Will I be going back? Definitely!
