  • While Dr. Stephens may be amazing, I have yet to visit with her. This morning I had appointment that I needed to cancel and reschedule. When someone answered the phone and took my information, they just hung up. No confirmation that the appointment is canceled, no confirmation that they had taken the right information, anything. Starting to wonder if a janitor picked up the phone or if the assistance in the building is that unprofessional and rude. Very nervous about allowing my child to be treated here if this is how the staff acts with parents over the phone. I've never really experienced this lack of professionalism when dealing with a doctors office before. Very disappointing.
