  • Great customer service from Chris who personally answered and responded to my calls. He accommodated my urgency for literally next day service. The guys that showed up (Tommy and a new guy) were very courteous, professionally and for the most part quite thorough in their job of sealing our house. We had a really good experience. It is now almost a year later and the sealing job was quite thorough except for a few spots that I've had my husband do after we found one scorpion in a place where it could not have come from anywhere else but from behind the bathroom cabinet (gaps in the sheet rock behind the cabinets, thank you shitty home builders for such piss poor work). My only wish is that they had sealed the walls inside my garage, no not the garage door itself, but the walls inside my garage. They said that they don't do that. That was kind of lame to me being that they didn't do that... but they did the rest and so far, almost 99% sealed them out.
