  • Second visit in a row with a veggie burger that was so tough that you can't get your teeth through it. They're letting these things frostbite or over-microwaving them by a wide margine. How hard can this be? They are probably the easiest microwave product I can think of. To make it worse, there was a delay in getting the replacement out, and although we appreciated the manager's apology... normally this sort of thing is comped, right? I passed on the $8 onion rings and $3 soda this time. Might as well pay $6 for a beer.
