I'm new to Amazon and their delivery process is lacking to say the least. I live in a small condo complex with only 18 units total. Many of my neighbors have packages left at their door from Amazon. But for some reason they refuse to leave my packages at my door, citing that the driver deemed it an unsecured location.
The first time this happened I spoke with logistics and they said they'd have a note on the account to leave all future packages at the door if no one is home.
We are now on the third time this has happened where they still will not leave my packages at the door. But they still leave neighbors packages in the same complex.
Called logistics and they pretty much said "oh well, we'll try again tomorrow." So I guess they expect customers to stay home from work in order to receive their packages.
It really confuses me on how successful they are with crappy customer service and poor logistics planning.
