  • I called to see if a specific car listed was still available and directly after the phone call, I immediately started receiving unsolicited text messages. The salesman seemed to use every slimy tactic in the book once I let him know I already had financing and it was clear that he and the finance manager were not on the same page at all; conflicting information was given to me, math was worked out that actually did not add up when I did the calculations myself, and the salesman even followed me around when I stepped outside to make a phone call. I was finally disgusted enough that I walked out and never looked back. Less than 12 hours later the same salesman began calling me to the point of harassment; multiple calls a day, multiple voice mails about 'exciting news for me', text messages, etc. I ended up blocking their number just to get rid of them. Never again.
