  • Two things stand out to me about this airline at Pearson. 1. The self serve ticketing counter. What I like about it is that I don't feel rushed, but I can imagine the people behind me are probably cursing me. Either way, I like how easy it seems and walks you through everything you need to get home safely. 2. Puddle jumpers. Having to take one of those tiny planes that can hold bag with wheels in the overhead totally freak me out. The airline as a whole, at least here, seems to be well organized and friendly. They passed out valet tags to everyone early and throughly explained the valet process. It's ok. Not amazing, but ok. Take a Xanax if you're like me and hate puddle jumpers.
