  • Found myself near the Palms and hungry this evening, and I had a coupon for half off the buffet at the Palms, so I figured I'd give it a shot. I've had the buffet a few times before it closed and reopened as the Bistro Buffet, and it seems pretty much the same to me. A few more nicer items like sushi (very sub-par buffet sushi), crab legs (acceptable), and carving station (prime rib was sub-par, but they had brisket which was ok but tasted like ham to me). For $8, I can't really complain, though -- it did the job.
