  • My parents rave about firehouse subs back home so I thought I would give it a try. I ordered the smokehouse cheddar brisket sandwich. Holy smokes! That was one of the best sandwiches I have had in a really long time. The combination of a traditional sub and a BBQ joint are amazing. Definitely the best of both worlds and a great ore work meal! I will definitely go back and try other sandwiches here. If you need your sub fix head to firehouse!
