  • Guess it's time to update this here little review. So, Marley is my first pet ever. That's right. First. Pet. EVER. I know, child abuse, right? Thanks mom. I took Marley here for years and the only reason I ventured elsewhere is because I moved way across town. Now that I'm back near uptown, I found myself back here. Why? The main reason is I walk in and I just feel like the people who work here care about my little one as much as I do. (Well, not as much as I do.. I mean, I am obsessed with my dog) They do a really great job with yorkies. During a recent visit, there were four yorkies there at the same time. They all looked so adorable. A groomer always comes out when you check in to go over what you would like to have done to your dog. I always do a full groom for Marley. He has hair like a human, so he had to get his hair did every few months. They also do mini-grooms and have a self serve bath area. You can even get your doggie's hair dyed. They also have a mobile grooming service now. The Dog Salon has little outfits, toys, food and even special treats. There's even a cute, walrus-esque bulldog who wanders around the place. She's like the guardian of the salon. So cute. Friendly, caring staff. I've been to places before where I have walked in and the vibe felt weird... so I walked right back out. I'm not married. I don't have kids. I just have my little Marley. He means a lot to me. I don't even give it a second thought when I drop him off to be groomed here. Thanks Dog Salon for all you do.
