  • This is the worst auto insurance company that is allowed to operate. Someone run a red light and damaged my car over 3 MONTHS ago. I had Esurance, which is hardly better, and the party who damaged my car had American Access. To his date I have not been paid a penny by American Access. I had two witnesses, a lawyer and a city worker. They both wrote an affidavit about the other car running a red light and I still haven't been paid. I sent my claim over to the NV State Insurance Commissioner and I now I have promises, nothing else. I started looking for a lawyer but I did not want to give the case to one because they take a third of the money. You will loose no matter what if you have to deal with this insurance company. American Access should not be licensed to operate!
