My husband and I went to this dealership this morning. My lease is ending and I was intent on driving away in a new Range Rover today. We spent some time on the lot and since no one was there, we walked into the showroom. There were plenty of employees seated or walking around however not a single person acknowledged us. I sat in one of the cars, waited, then walked back outside, went around the lot and looked at a few options and still no one walked up to us. Just want to point out, I drive a E350 convertible and my husband drives an E350 sedan. We can afford the cars we were looking at so I am not sure why we were ignored. They just lost a sale because they think they are the only place in town selling luxury vehicles. If this is how they treat customers before the deal is sealed, I can't even imagine how they treat them once they are stuck with a contract. Very disappointing.
