  • I implore you to rethink hiring Henderson to manage your subdivision. I don't have the space to list how inefficient they are. They took our monthly payments and gave us 10% of the service they were contracted to give us. Not only did they do very little, what they did do was usually incompetent and often wrong. It was insulting how indifferent they were towards us. Yes, we contacted the owner, and no, it didn't help. Best decision we made was to not renew our contract with Henderson and choose a new management company, an excellent one that is showing us every day how much better our neighborhood is with a quality management company.
