  • I had my Lincoln serviced at Berge Ford for an extended warranty issue with the brake booster. The service advisor, Rod, was very friendly and he kept me informed when my car was finished and made sure I had shuttle service to/fr work. He followed up with a phone call after I picked up my car and also called and left a VM the next morning to make sure the repairs were satisfactory. They were very satisfactory. There is a nice coffee shop on premises and free WiFi--if I hadn't been shuttled to/fr work, I'm sure the wait there would have been quite comfortable.
