Went in on Saturday to have my cracked screen fixed. Very nice employee informed me there weren't taking any other screens to be fixed that day but offered to make an appointment for the next day. Scheduled my appointment for 4:40. Showed up 15 minutes early to my appointment the next day the employee started taking my information and setting up the phone to be fixed. When the process was almost done he informed me that they would not be able to fix my phone because it was to close to closing time. I was confused because I had set up an appointment and they had stated the process. He told me that basically the appointment didn't matter and that I could leave my phone over night. I don't understand why they allowed me to make an appointment if it was not going to be honored. He told me I could bring it in tomorrow and they would fix it ASAP but I found that hard to believe since making an appointment didn't even allow me to get my phone fixed. I ended up taking it else wear and getting it fixed within 45 minutes. Disappointed in the customer service at this Apple Store location.
