  • 0 stars to this company. Waste of my money. We hired them and were stuck with them for a year and this is how my grass looks now, worse than it was before. They come in as they please with no notice, spray and go. I still have a Gardner that is actually doing parts of the job that trugreen was supposed to do. Everytime we call the company is a hassle, they aren't friendly and it's clear it's all about the greed. There were no negotiations. I own a business of my own and I am all day in contact with costumers and in conversations here and there with them I heard many other complaints of people that hired them in the past and were very unhappy. The picture I posted shows my grass 1 year later. Before it used to be few spots here and there that needed a treatment. They promised me my lawn would look normal again. The money I have spent with them I could have got new patches of grass after removing all the weed. If you have a good Gardner, he probably can do better job than this called specialized company trugreen.
