  • Horrible service! Never have I been treated with such disrespect. The guy Randy that works there was completely disrespectful and cocky. We waited almost two hours for a simple bellybutton piercing that we PAID for over two people that were getting FREE piercings. Randy told us he would rather take business from customers getting free piercings over customers getting paid piercings and then rudely made us leave. I highly recommend you NEVER go The Pittsburgh Tattoo Studio to get any piercings or tattoos done. It was a complete waste of time and to only be treated so horribly by such a cocky person. DO NOT waste your money at that place there are far better places out there with much better customer service than this place.
