  • **Update** I heard back from a billing supervisor who was able to rectify this concern. We are still contemplating on returning in the future, but I'm happy they took ownership and resolved. Horrible customer service! Quoted me pricing for my daughter's two fillings and then charged me more after the services were rendered. I called to dispute and have spoken to 4+ people who keep transferring me to some else who (surprise!) can't help me. I tried to give them the opportunity to resolve before I posted this review. We won't be back...it's a shame too, we really liked her dentist.
