  • Pork on a Fork is easily the best BBQ you can get in the northwest valley. The restaurant is in an unassuming building but the scent of smoked meats lets you know you are in the right place. When you walk in you are met with the meat counter and the easy to read menu board. I would highly recommend getting a sampler which has 3 meats and 2 sides so you can get a good taste of everything the place has to offer. This time around I got the one that features pulled chicken, pulled pork, and a half sausage link. The chicken is by far the best bbq chicken I have ever had and the zippy mustard glaze is the perfect complement to it. The mac and cheese is my favorite side. They top it with some kind of house seasoning that takes it over the top. My meal was just a shade under $12 and will kept me fed all day long.
