  • OK...second review. I called Sir Carpet to get a refund for the Groupon, since the tech gave me such a run around. The lady asked to make it up to me and sent out this AMAZING tech, OSCAR, the next day. My carpets were so beautiful. He even got out some sparkling nail polish that had spilled on the carpet! (I was resigned to live with glitter.). Every inch of the carpets were immaculately cleaned. The reason I gave four stars and not five, was for the hassle of spending another day of my vacation time waiting for cleaning.
