  • The food was pretty good, but I was underwhelmed. Honestly, I expected more "WOW" from the Buffet at ARIA in Vegas. Instead I got A-Ok with no wow factor. Came here with some friends for dinner. Only about a 5 minute wait so our timing was good. There was a long line by the time we left 2 hours later. Dining area was clean and well lit. Service was efficient. I imagined there would be plenty of food stations here similar to Rio's World Carnivale Buffet. My imagination was incorrect because the selection was not too plentiful. Still as long as the quality of the food was great, I would be more than happy. Quality was 3.5 stars in my opinion. Everything from the crab legs to the ribs to the veggies to the desserts are worth trying. Maybe my expectations were too high. I hate it when a restaurant doesn't meet my expectations! Oh well. I would give them another go in the future. I won't be expecting as much so there is a good chance this review will be updated some day.
