  • This company is a joke. I inquired about having my salt-cell serviced under warranty almost three months ago. The field technicians that came to the residence had no idea what they were doing, and I never got a call back after they left. I called the company back a month after the visit only to be told that it would take time for parts to come in. Two months later I was surprised to get a call back and even set up an appointment to have the tech come out and service the cell (finally). Nope get a call that same day from the tech. He called to say he was not coming out anymore because he does not have the proper equipment on hand. This business seems very unorganized and not very knowledgeable when it comes to repairs. Take your business else where and avoid this company at all costs.
