| - Beyond disappointed. I spoke with the owner Corey 2 times by phone. 1st call was 2 weeks prior to appointment, 2nd call was 1 week prior to scheduled appointment. I called him the day prior and left a voice message to re-confirm appointment, just in case, because it was important to us to have our house cleaning of our property and our carpets steam cleaned.
I purchased a Groupon for the house cleaning, then spoke to him separately about the 2nd job of steam cleaning the carpets. It's sad, he sounded so nice and reliable over the phone. I wanted this to be a trial cleaning, then a trusted cleaner for on going services (I definitely need a house cleaner).
Unfortunately, he never showed up. Not so much as a phone call, no email or anything. We waited at the property all day, just in case he and his helper were just running late. Still no call. I went to his website and called his phone number, I emailed him from his website, still nothing. It's now 4 days later, still no call, explanation, apology, re-scheduling, just NOTHING.
Wow, this guy totally wasted our time, we were left with no ability to get our property cleaned (it's impossible to find another cleaner to come out on one or two day's notice).
Another yelper wrote below that this guy didn't show up either. When I read it, I thought that wasn't good. After speaking with Corey the owner, he sounded so nice, I thought the yelper below was just a random occurrence for this business not to show up. A one-time mistake. Boy was I wrong. Please take these Yelp reviews seriously.
I get a really suspicious feeling from Corey and his business. It's Vegas, and I'm starting to think this person puts out ads for House Cleaning at a low price so he can gain access to your home. When he's inside, he scopes it out, but he's really a robber or will burglarize later.
I did tell him we are in a guarded community, perhaps that's why he didn't show up.
