  • I had made an appointment for me and my maid of honor to shop bridesmaid dresses. I still have yet to choose the colors for my wedding and it is very important to me that the colors I choose look good on my wedding party. I communicated this to the associate appointed to me and told her I wanted to see my maid of honor in different colors so I could see how they look on her. The associate told me she would be floating between appointments and that she would be back to take measurements. We waited about 20 minutes just for measurements. My maid of honor wrote down dresses and colors I liked. The associate pulled a couple dresses on the list and more that were not but none of which that were in the colors I wanted to see. I asked the associate if she took down the colors I wanted and she said no, so I stressed to her again that I wanted to see my maid of honor in those colors over certain styles. She brought 3 dresses in the colors I wanted but one dress was way too small for my maid of honor to try on. At one point, the associate was off with her other appointment for so long that I got up and started pulling dresses. When we were done, the associate was no where to be found. We waited over five minutes to give her a chance to reappear being that we hadn't seen her for over 15 minutes then we decided to leave. For a company that focuses on brides and weddings they should know that every part of a wedding is important and true acknowledgement of that would have been nice. Instead we were treated like "Oh, it's just bridesmaid dresses." The associate had told me I could buy swatches at the register. Yes, and then I will tape them to my bridesmaids to see how they look. I'm hoping going to another location we will find better treatment.
