After contacting Jayson but reaching him in the midst of a cat emergency I've not talked to him while trying to purchase insurance through his office. MIscommunication began after we had received our quote and decided to purchase from them. We were not informed that the Farmer's would be sending out their own appraiser to determine how much it would cost to rebuild the house. We were under the impression that the quote we received was the price that we would pay for insurance. The rate increased almost $300 per year. No call from Jayson. No call from the office. We found out when we received a call from the title company saying that more money required for closing after we'd already signed our paperwork. This complicated an already arduous closing on a home. Then we received a cancellation letter; no call. Then we received another cancellation after we thought the matter was resolved and again no call from Jayson's office.
