  • Awful experience, owner would not stop telling me how to wash my dog and had no clue what he was talking about. The man must have been bored cause he kept telling me about my dog and it's qualities and he didn't even get the breed right. They use the same system you would to mix soap in mop buckets so it comes out in the rinse which of course means since your wasting all this soap it has to be cheap, real cheap. It's like she wasn't even bathed. He described it as a doggy car wash. The man said his dog was weird cause it pissed on itself when another bigger dog was hovering over it. It was afraid you idiot, that's a sign of submission. So what does he do, he hits his dogs repeatedly to get him to behave. I paid to get my dog wet basically. Accidents happen I understand but when you cut the wick on my dogs nails and then say "don't worry they feel nothing." I call bullshit. Tell me you cut her cause she jerked my bad. I'll get over it but tell me that they don't feel the pain when she's still crying or that there's no reason for her to cry when she's bleeding all over the place and I'm gonna call you an idiot. I wish we could rank places in the negative.
