  • I always find it off-putting how many people compare coffee shops like this to Starbucks. I just feel like they're not even in the same vein. Anyways..... I've been going to Bulldog for about 2.5 years and have had nothing but great experiences. This isn't the kind of place to go and work on your computer for hours, but why does it have to be! This is the kind of coffee shop with lots of regulars where you can easily find yourself conversing with the owner or other guests, which is really refreshing. The lattes are incredible and well-priced, the hot chocolate is INSANE. The best I've ever had. The croissants are the best I've had outside of France and the blueberry scones are unrivalled.
