  • Avoid Raul at all costs. After reading a couple good reviews (and unfortunately not seeing the bad ones) I made an appointment with him for my hair. He texted a few erratic things to me the morning of my appointment and I was a little put off but still went as I needed my hair touched up before a wedding I was in. 12 minutes after my appointment was meant to start I texted checking that I was in the right place as no one was at front desk and there was no Raul to be found. No reply 20 minutes after my appointment start time - still no Raul. His text? "I'm driving" 30 minutes after my appointment start time - still no Raul. I texted to ask what was up. His text? "5 minutes." That's ridiculous to be 35 plus minutes late to an appointment and to not have any regard for the client (which btw I had originally texted that morning and asked if possible to push my appointment back a little bit but he said no.) When I told him I was leaving he replied with a snarky text saying that I shouldn't be giving him attitude. The woman at the reception mentioned that he's late all the time. Well Raul, all I can say to that is girl bye! Oh also, learn some manners or you won't have more clients for very long.
