  • Nancy provided me with a wonderful and relaxing massage, just what I wanted. One suggestion would be that the "consult" takes place with your masseuse in the back and not be done with the front desk staff in the client waiting area in front of other customers. This happened to me yesterday and I was very uncomfortable with the personal questions being asked in front of strangers, i.e. my occupation, injuries, reasons for massage. Maybe a small thing to others, but I appreciate my privacy and expected a more professional approach to my private affairs.
