  • My sister recommended I give them a call for my next eye appointment. She knows me. I had the best experience with Dr Karen Simon & her wonderful team. Booking my appointment online was easy & simple. I picked my date & time by seeing what was available as I was looking at my schedule. The front door was tricky to find. Pretty buildings but just know the front door & suite number doesn't face the parking spaces or road. Allow at least 10 mins to circle around the buildings. Once inside I was happily greeted by Ginger. She was on top of everything: online forms, benefits, & phones. They have a great selection of frames. The optician, Kelly was very professional & knowledgeable. She patiently helped me wittle down my selection of frames even though it was late. She allowed me to pick frames without imposing her own opinions. I'm so happy I listened to my wonderful sister!
