rev:text	There are so many things I dislike about living here. I have no idea where to begin. First off... Why am I paying new and upgraded apartment prices but yet I have old linoleum flooring, cheap horrible carpet, old and breaking appliances, ugly grout and spackle jobs and doorknobs that don't match? come on now, I was a first time apartment renter so I didn't know any better, shame on me I guess. There's also no gate code so unless everyone in the house pays $50 for their own clicker good luck getting through the gate. The staff is generally nice but they do have attitudes sometimes. Like they don't have the time of day.... Whatever. The people below me smoke weed every night and the entire building reeks of it but what can I do right? Nothing will change. $500 animal fee too, per animal. That's just plain dumb! $200-$300 that's fair but $500? Get out of here! I don't even go to the pool because none residents are always there, they even freely say they don't live there and there's these teens always there too not even dressed to swim... They just sit and people watch and cause problems. I do however like the mechanic that comes and fixes my appliances when they break (which is often) he's so friendly and funny in a kind of dopey way. He's really cool. And the office had the audacity to want me. To renew my lease but with a $100 more monthly rate. Hahahahaa I laugh..... Down the street are $300 cheaper apartments with upgrades through the roof, newer buildings and nice staff. Please do yourself a favor and keep on searching, don't stop here.
