  • I got married in Las Vegas February 20, 2016. In November of 2015 I called Mac because I love their ,also and wanted it done for my wedding day. I spoke with Robert. He told me the price, I asked if they ever come to hotel rooms to do bridal makeup. He said Mac doesn't do that but he freelances and would be able to come that day. We exchanged numbers and we're texting back and forth. The night before the wedding he asked me to send specific looks I was going for so he could bring the colors he needed. I texted him all of this and the room number. The day of my wedding and went and had my hair done then went back to the hotel room to wait for Robert with my mom and bridal party. He never showed up. At all. I called and texted him with no responses back. Luckily the spa in the hotel had am opening for makeup. ROBERT almost ruined my wedding day. Very rude and unprofessional.
