rev:text	I love Cactus Forty-2! I've lived here for a couple years now. When I first moved in I will admit, it wasn't very clean, maintenance didn't seem to enjoy their job very much, and it seemed like everyone who lived here was 18 years old and don't pay their own rent. Now, nearly 2 years later, all the good stuff has remained, and all the less desirable stuff has improved. The staff is amazing. I have never addressed a concern that they didn't handle promptly and respectfully to me and the other tenants. They're always happy to see you even when you walk in the office at 6 PM. They try to engage with you and remember you when you come in. The only thing I am not crazy about is not really the complex's fault, but some of the other tenants are a little unruly. I can be walking outside at any given time and there are dog owners walking their pets without leashes. There are leash rules posted all over but many residents seem to think rules do not apply to them. Many do not pick up their pet droppings and it does smell terribly like pet urine as soon as you come off the elevator on the first floor. The pool area is also very loud into the wee hours of the morning. Before I had my son it didn't bother me much but now it's a little more annoying than usual. Again, not something I would ever complain to management about because those residents have every right to shout and be drunk at the pool at 1 am if that is their prerogative. I'm just throwing it out there as it may be undesirable for prospect tenants. Overall, you can have a pleasant experience here if you aren't uptight and speak with management if you have an issue.
