  • The first time I came for gel nails the person doing my nails forgot to put gel cover I came back a couple days later because my nails were already chipping. When I came back a different person did my nails well started too! I figured since they had to redo my nails anyway id pick a different color well good customer service out the door no apology and a $10 fee. In the middle of doing my nails she got up left didnt say a word all of a sudden a guy started doing my nails she didn't say bye or anything or that someone else is going to be doing my nails. Pretty bad customer service for a start up nail salon im shocked. And now I am realizing the nails already have some markings and Imperfections and I just left! It's sloppy work he also shortened my nails without asking! So much competition in the nail industry they're not going to make it if they don't improve on their customer service and nail work! I definitely won't be coming back! Also over priced.
