I purchased a Groupon for an Adrenaline ATV Tour weeks ago and promptly emailed them asking to make a reservation for December 1. No response. I emailed again. No response. I called and left a voicemail with all my particulars. No response. I was furious at that point and contacted Groupon. They quickly refunded my money and apologized.
Weeks after my initial contact to Adrenaline, I received a very informal and unprofessional email asking me to call their reservation office to make a reservation. I wrote them back that I was both frustrated and angry with their lack of customer service and had already canceled my Groupon. My email was returned to me as undeliverable (I hit reply to their email).
This was supposed to be one of the two 'adventure highlights' on my trip to Las Vegas for my 40th Birthday! They greatly disappointed. I would avoid them at all costs. Very unprofessional. Don't they want to sell tickets? Made no sense to me not to contact back a customer who wants to go!
