  • BEWARE, they are currently contracted with our management company. Every week (a new tech that's been on the job a week) shows up. I can tell you that's about all they do, show up, empty baskets into the yard, don't brush and best of all add chemicals with no reasoning except $ maybe? I have spoken to office personnel that clearly have zero customer service skills and could care less about you as a customer (ask any employee as she is the same one who does the routing), to the "owner" who has multiple excuses weekly as to why things are not getting done. If you value your ability to use your pool and have it chemically balanced I would strongly suggest another company. In my case I will no longer be under a mandated use of this company and I GAURENTEE I will let everyone I know to use other companies. Is this someone who has ties to progress residential like @service, or Maui Wowie pools or is this a pest control company that wanted to expand and was granted this contract as a new company, that conclusion is up to you.
